.NET Software Developer – (Mid Level)

Technical Skills:
Specific knowledge and experience should include: Microsoft Visual Studio; Configuration of the .NET Development environment; programming in C#.NET, ASP.NET (and event model); Microsoft SQL Server, stored procedures; interface design, HTML, XML, and JavaScript. Candidates should be able to show experience with high user volume ASP.NET web application development with a focus on efficiency of performance in application data processing, UI rendering, and a strong understanding of database/web application interaction. Seeking a highly motivated and accomplished technical lead to provide technical leadership on SDLC project team responsible for the successful architecture, design, development and implementation of viable systems.
Position Description

Senior System Administrator (AWS Migration)

Position Description: The Senior System Administrator is responsible for supporting the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the migration from a private cloud to a Hybrid Cloud with commercial and government IaaS clouds and dual COLO Hubs network infrastructure. He or she will participate as part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs.
This is a hands-on position requiring solid technical skills.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the install, configure, and management of virtual machines, datastore creation and maintenance
  • Test and troubleshoot migrated systems on virtualized architecture
  • Diagnose problems network/VM problems; troubleshoot technology issues, using various resources; document lessons learned
  • Develop, automate and implement operation best practices for the virtualization environment
  • Follow policies and procedures for Change and Incident Management
  • Document virtualization environment and keep documents updated per the configuration management plan
  • Conduct performance testing of virtualized architecture
  • Update and patch virtual machines within the enterprise
  • Provide expertise and content to a number of key written deliverables
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities and Competencies
  • Bachelors Degree in CS or related field and relevant work experience
  • Experience in medium-to-large-sized data center migrations to IaaS CSP environments, maintaining industry standards, and providing recommendations for emerging technologies related to the data center
  • Proficient in systems tuning within a virtualized environment as well as data migrations strategies including: SnapMirror, Storage Area Network (SAN) replication, Powershell, Service Management Automation, and VEAM
  • Debugging and systems analysis skills to be able to identify and quickly resolve/mitigate issues
  • Proficiency in TCP/IP networking, architecture and core technologies (DNS, HTTP, Routing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Load Balancers and Firewalls
Required Certifications

Lead Development Rep (Entry Level)

If you are interested in sales and marketing this might be the job for you!  Our Lead Development Rep (LDR) will support our sales teams and partners with lead generation. You will be responsible for accelerating demand generation productivity for AINS’ suite software products. The LDR is an extension of the Sales organization and is the first line of contact in the sales process.  This role is focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, generating interest, building relationships, and setting up high-value meetings for the sales team.  In close collaboration with Account Executives and Product Managers, LDRs establish prospecting plans for product lines and strategic accounts to uncover new business and grow existing customers. The LDR may also manage smaller deals in their assigned territories.
The LDR will go through an extensive training program focused on increasing their knowledge of our solutions and presenting value to prospects.  Focus will be on building rapport with prospects to drive interest and engagement. 
The right candidate must be able to engage prospects at all levels and identify needs through appropriate qualifying questions and conversations to drive interest in AINS products.  Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly assess and understand a prospect’s or customer’s business needs and apply the business value of AINS is essential to success in this role. Ideal candidates possess the aptitude to easily engage and establish rapport with executives and line of business professionals across government and commercial accounts.

Essential Job Functions: 
  • Perform data base entry, maintenance and basic administrative functions such as document scanning, conduct research related to the FOIA, organize electronic records, create labelled case folder and maintain network folders
  • Enter requests, responsive records and supporting documents into the FOIA database and tracking system
  • Maintain a log to track requests for responsive records and send reminders to program staff when response is not provided within the designated timeframe
  • Identify information owners, collaborate with internal and external offices, and refine requests in a manner that will fulfill the requestor’s intended purpose 
  • Access, input, search, manipulate, retrieve, and output data and information using the internet, email, computer database software, computer operating systems and software applications
  • Prepare summaries and indices of redactions and withholdings, provide accurate page-counts and collation of paper files and draft transmittal correspondence under supervision of team leader as needed
  • Use automated tool to manage and report on cases to leadership of the FOIA office
  • Research problems and review issues related to FOIA requests, clarify issues and evaluated the need for additional information
  • Identify and apply appropriate FOIA exemptions for non-releasable information
  • Reviews outgoing FOIA responses to ensure proper coordination and compliance with FOIA regulations
  • Initiates personal contact with requesters for clarification of request as required and discuss availability of documents, as appropriate
