AINS is a fast paced, high growth adaptive case management software technology company and a recognized leader in our field.  The Inside Software Sales Rep will leverage and grow their knowledge of the Case Management/BPM market to sell AINS solutions. The ideal candidate has a 3-5 year track record of inside sales success and is looking to make a significant impact for their customers. 
 
Position Summary
AINS is seeking an entrepreneurial inside sales performer who has demonstrated experience generating business within government and commercial markets.  This is an opportunity for an aggressive and focused inside sales professional to sell enterprise case management solutions and services to prospective clients.
 
Characteristics of a successful AINS inside Software Sales Rep 
  • Proven track record as an inside sales representative (software sales a plus) driving outbound phone sales campaigns
  • Eager to learn,  motivated to grow and understands a sense of urgency
  • Hunter-type personality
  • A confident overachieving who is accustomed to being a top producer
 
Position description
  • Drive outbound phone sales campaigns
  • Develop and manage a complex sales cycle from opportunity to closure
  • Work closely with Marketing, Lead Development Reps, and Sales management to develop focused campaigns
  • Manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce.com
  • Stay current with competitive landscape and industry/sector trends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of successful quota carrying inside sales
  • BS/BA Degree
